If you need air conditioning and heating service I highly recommend REM. I purchased a unit from them and had it installed about 4 years ago, and today Chris Parks (one of the service techs that originally installed the unit) came to provide the annual inspection. He was on time, thoroughly inspected the unit, performed all of the services they promised, and assisted with my online connection to the thermostat – he did not have to do that. I really appreciate the service at REM and again highly recommend them!

REM has been our air conditioning company for many years, for good reason. Joe and his entire staff (office and technicians) are helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I can’t imagine a more reputable company to do business with. When considering your heating and cooling needs I would highly recommend this fine company.

Today Rem air came by my retail location to inspect the Hvac units and I was truly impressed by the level of customer service provided by the technician Felix. He was knowledgeable, honest and very informative. He took the time to explain and answer all my questions. Best experience Ive ever had with an Ac company. I will definitely be a customer again in the future.

Highly recommend REM Air!! My AC was out and I called around 4:00 pm, they had someone to my house within an hour! Chris was amazing, very professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful! He was able to make the necessary repairs the same day. He was a pleasure to meet and the entire experience was exceptional.

Great Job Fixing AC Leak
Chris did a great job helping us out with our a/c leak. Not only did he fix the leak but he rerouted our piping so that I wouldn’t have to move drain to put in my air filter anymore. Plus he likes dogs, so that’s a win in our book.
